Architectural Committee


The Barkley Square Architectural Committee ensures that the aesthetic, quality and the general architectural theme of the Barkley Square community is maintained. The committee's primary responsibility is to review and approve any exterior modifications to your home or property so that it complies with the architectural guidelines set forth by the HOA. These guidelines are in place to ensure that the overall appearance of the community remains consistent and aesthetically pleasing. Approval must be requested from the Barkley Square Architectural Committee for common changes below:

Please review Article I Architectural and Landscape Control in the Barkley Square Convents for the complete list of architectural and landscape changes that need to be approved. The Architectural Committee evaluates the proposals based on specific guidelines and regulations set by the Barkley Square Covenants. The committee's goal is to ensure that any proposed modifications or additions to properties are consistent with the overall look and feel of the community, as well as ensuring they comply with safety and building codes.
